Reserve a Property

Reserving is an exciting time; you know you’ve found the home you want, so by paying a small reservation deposit makes it yours. When you pay this fee, the price of your new home is fixed, and the deposit will be credited once the sale has completed.

We can provide you with a list of solicitors and conveyancers who can act for you at the time of reservation.

But please bear in mind that reasonable costs and expenses may be deducted in the event of a cancellation.
