The street of our newest development takes its name from the historic local figure, Lady Dacre of Naworth. Lady Dacre donated the Carlisle gold bell which was presented for the first time in 1559 which marked the beginning of racing in Carlisle.

We are delighted to confirm that work has now started on Phase Two of our luxury development ’The Points’ in Durdar.
Phase Two will consist of 21 houses in four different house styles, with a mixture of three and four bedroom homes available.
After a successful first phase, we recently received planning permission for the second phase, which means we have been able to go full steam ahead with the first handful of houses.
