All bills are included in our pricing. Utilities such as Water, Heating, and High-speed internet are all included in one price, so no cold showers at the end of the month are needed!

We offer a furnished system with some of our properties, this includes the larger items being already in place for you to move in and then at any time picked up and replaced.

Our cleaning team is brought in once a week and does a full-scale clean of the communal areas – Inside the properties are off-limits, giving peace of mind to tenants.

Moving into a new house can mean going days without the Internet, but not with our properties! High-speed internet is guaranteed straight away! All before your move-in date.

Our amenities are all energy-efficient and high-end, this includes built-in modern Dishwashers, Fridge/Freezer, Washer & Dryers – Exchange of goods can be arranged.

We give all of our tenants access to a 24-hour helpline for emergencies, whether it be a Locksmith, Plumber, or Police, – Giving all our residents peace of mind.

Our properties have modern white goods, including a washing machine and dryer. If any other washing services will be available within Carlisle itself.
